  2. I went to hadlow while I was still at school one day a week seemed a decent college also got friends who go there who dont complain about it. Where abouts are you based? There seems to be almost daily someone like yourself or infact some experienced and qualified who comes on here and asks for work so its not going to be easy for you to find a job but it can be done. Ring round the local tree companies and ask for work experience for free then maybe when you have got your foot in the door there maybe work for you paid. Also keep an eye on here work does come up sometimes. good luck and welcome to arbtalk
  3. Depends realy if he is a decent guy who realy works hard then keep him on and warn him if he ever did such a thing again then there would be no more work going his way. If this isnt a one of or he allways does stupid things dont give him more work theres other groundies out there. If he cant see what the problem is then maybe you shouldnt give him more work
  4. Right heres my deal a southerner??? is interested in coming up... so count me in if its beyond my drivin test ill take some southern stuff with me and show you lot how to do it...

  12. Used to be a huge football fan cant be botherd with the overpayed, over whimped men that play the game will be wacth8ing englands game in world cup though One of there games is on while im at glastonbury so that will amazing to see that many people supporting in one place
  13. Yes its all down to personal level but When someone young is told to do something they will do it they dont want to lose a job and to be honest not even the young or the 'green' a person whos struglling finacianal and are on price work will cut corners to get more monney. Im young I dont climb at work alot And even if I did I have nothing to prove ive settled in nicely ive been there two years and no one can put pressure on me to do something thats unsafe be it on price work or not. Also having jsut done my PA1 trainig you learn the legal and personal health effects of doing the wrong thing. Its frightening I will therefore refuse to do go out with inproper kit or anything that will put me at risk both finacianaly and more importanyley saftey wise
  14. Do you work for agros this is the second time in the space of 10 minutes you have told me this in one way or another

When I was 11 or so me and my mum coming down the m25 and I happened to make so remark about this lorry cant remeber why anyway going along and this lorry starts indicating we are just behind his cab in a small fiesta and he just carried on going oblivious to us kept going we ended up slowing down to 30mph on a fast running bit of the m25 Mum realy started pannicing luckily made it to hard shoulder and nothing but a few scracthes and no wing mirror. I will add the lorry was from another country and Im sure its not easy looking into your opposite mirror to look behind.

  20. Great thread Im standing against the wall get ready to fire everyone Felled a large ish alder with a small forward lean on it Doubtful it would of barberchaired but thought I would dog tooth it anyhow. Gob was spot on, into bore and there was another small alder sort of in my way I thought no it would be ok no time to knock it down. started boring small alder got in the way saw came out went back in again and cut to close to where my hinge should be. Luckily I saw it move got right out of the way and the tree went to the right of the intended direction swang 90 degrees and barbour chaired. Learnt my lesson good and proper No pics sorry

How long will they leave it I would of thought after one death they would of relased a statement but there seems to have been quite a few posted on here recentley, surely if they do release a statement they could tell training providers or NPTC to start incoperating it into courses. Thoughts with those that new him
