    Need a job

With that attitude you would be a lucky if a Gypo gave you a job. You need to sell your self. What tickets do you have skills quals. Why should i give you the job and not this other guy. Bit more info would not go a a miss either.
  4. What i hate...Having to deal with those types of clients, I just love bending over back words giving them money off free work etc etc etc and all the ball ache to go with it, Oh what will i miss NOTHING
  5. Search Button is a good use and always over looked http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/chainsaws/24183-ama-top-handle-me.html http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/chainsaws/47485-ama-top-handle.html
  6. Will have to try and work something out Little East Midlands Gathering one day. MWArb recy climb any time.
  7. Wicked man looks sooo coool, I wanner do it
  8. Not really advised to use two ropes tied together to much to go wrong in my mind. 90% of the time 37 Meter is more in enough. Most ropes have one spliced and the other end left as it is. The advantage of the splice is Easy to clip on to the harness, No messing around with knots. Will not get caught as much as a knot would in tight forks and having a splice looks much nicer then a big ugly knot.
  9. Your most welcome mate, Nice to meet you and the offer is always open. We will soon build your speed and trust up in the kit it will take time but you will do it. Baby steps first
  10. 2 bags of logs a month...6 acers of land. Large hard standing enough for few trucks and a old hanger with power and water CCTV all over.2 containers inside and still plenty of room for everything and you would never no it was there as its well off the beaten track .
  11. now turn it round the other way, The boss has 3 people who need to go on the course Each person £250 plus. Soon to add up plus they will ask for the days pay and fuel to get there too so even more costs. who on here would fork out that amount just to put some guys in for the test. If they wanner stay with the company or in the job they should pay for it them self's its there lively hood. Now if the boss has a fantastic relationship with the person then pay half, If not the person could get the training show the finger. If you a employee its want want want. If you the boss you don't wanner have to spend money that you don't need to This needs to be seen from both views. If you self employed your paying for it your self end of.
  12. Well done Simon, Who did you do the course with?
