if you price too cheap people will think they are Getting shoddy work. Charge what you need to charge why should you undercut your self just to win work in, You will quickly go bust. I have priced jobs in the past more then some one else and won it as. As i came across more professional and my image looked a lot better, Some times its not the price its how you sell your company to win the work. Cheap it not always good idea. You would not buy a cheap saw. People who want cheap work will be the ones who will throw a fit when. There looks fantastic and they wont it looking like next doors Hacked to death like anything

Myself, There was a small cavity at the base say about a 1ft in height and half wide stuck my hand in felt all good and strong. Only once we starting to taking it down then it started to move

The base of the cavity was opening and closing at the top of the tree was moved a lot more then it should.

Poor old lime tree shame i dont have any pics of it standing Myself and Oil Wilson of here took it down, If i new it was that hollow i would of MEWP it.

Same thing has happened to a local firm to me. Was talking about it this evening, Rings up all clear books the job in get's half way in to the job(Removal) TO turn up there's a TPO on it. Boss get's out the e-mails between him and the TO, Boss says remove the TPO or the invoice will be hand on to the L.A Still get's told to shut down now the tree looks like a pollard. Invoice gets sent of to LA surprise surprise TPO is removed 2 days later. It seems the there are alot of LA and TO doing this all of a sudden just out of the blue. Hope you get it all resolved.

Each week or Month witch ever way see fit is. We upload a pic of what the scales say each time and work it off that way plus if any one uploads a pic with Pink toe nails in the pic we will no who's cheating.

Im following in good old Johns foot steps my Cider in take has gone up since i have been working alot more. Used to have 1 a week now its a bottle a night think that has caused me to put on most of my weight to be honest i think the same as you Luke, Why should i be making extra work for myself saying that the spider jack ant half help me in saving energy but has the wrong effect as im not working hard enough to help burn the fat off.

Ive seen you in a new light Luke. I know what you mean when it comes to weight Ive put on over 2 stone in 3months and it wont shift no matter what i do. 3 days a week climbing running around doing quotes hardly eat some days im that busy and i must walk about 2mile a day easy.

I no the going cost around here so I juts build it in to my quote with a fair excess, So if they do charge more then i thought im covered. Im not going to pay some one £140 for a day when the other guy can do the same work for £100. But if i have to pay £140 i ant going to lose out. Can we just keep this to on track really need people to come out working for me at the moment and thanks to Mr Collins for taking this the good old arb talk way

Nope ive Quoted 2 days on the Job I always over time jobs as you never no and priced it for 2 days Me 2nd lad and a Van. Its easy half a day but if a new lad comes out with me and would like to learn the ropes we can do it at a slower pace with out effecting my profit.
