  1. Best thing to do to a willow pollard the bugger. It will be fine and need doing every 4-5 Years depending on how it goes back

  6. If your unsure you really should not be using the stuff with out know the ins and out of it, I would advise getting your self on a rigging course or get some experiance on how to use it. One false move and the tree comes crashing to earth.   7. Got it all sorted thanks, Some more pics what i have taken this afternoon, Reason for me not wanting to climb it. Had a nasty fall last year witch hit me hard so slowly building my self up again slow and steady also due to the fall. Any long days on spikes or up a tree really takes it out of me and i can fell it all in my leg and hip as i damaged my hip in the fall so sitting in the harness for 3hrs plus hurts like a bugger. TPO Has been lifted after many calls to the LA just waiting on paper work for it now. Tried to rotate the pics no luck
  8. Looking for an EXPERIENCED Climber for a Corsican pine removal. Pine in question is leaning at 30plus degree and is over two gardens,fences and if it falls it will land on a house. Everything can be rigged of another pine next to it. Work is booked in for the 2nd May. Included some pics below. The root plate has also started to move with this tree and signs of crack have shown around the plate. No room for machinery or it would of been down weeks ago. 5Years plus or a s*** hot climber cash on the day. Buy him Breakfast or Lunch, Turn up on time with the correct attitude always ask whats needs doing next, Don't sit on your ass unless the boss is and its Lunch, Swept up every now and again around the chipper. The second you get back to the yard help out Don't do what another lad did to me the other day Before he was out the Van he was in his car and off = No more work from me!!!   13. Alot and still do now. Been with mine for 7Years so we are doing something right both under 25 and Running our own business. So we both no whats its like, Lack of money useless staff things breaking down time and time again. It will works its self out look at the good times you've had with each other then laugh the bad ones off.

  19. Good lad Gareth is never moaned when he had to do 6 trees in one day for me and cracked on with anything else going. Never seen him sat down once unless it was in the truck.

  22. Do it buy stihls RRP price thats what i got told to do, So i could afford all of it with out messing around. Why we would pay high prices just to get 2nd hand kit. Like its been said you will need to inform them of all the new models Eg 260 no longer made its now the 261 Same with everything that got taken.
