  1. Pulp fiction .. its a masterpiece
  2. Received this e-mail today, Compared with Petrol...... Think a gallon of petrol is expensive? This makes one think, and also puts things in perspective. Tippex 7 oz. £1.39 £5.42 per gallon Lipton Ice Tea 16 oz. £1.19 £9.52 per gallon Ocean Spray 16 oz. £1.25 £10.00 per gallon Diet Snapple 16 oz. £1.29 £10.32 per gallon Brake Fluid 12 oz. £3.15 £33.60 per gallon Vick's Nyquil 6 oz. E8.35 £178.13 per gallon Pepto Bismol 4 oz. £3.85 . £123.20 per gallon And this is the REAL KICKER... Evian water 9 oz. £1.49 £21.19 per gallon! £21.19 for WATER and the buyers don't even know the source! (Evian spelled backwards is Naïve!!) And you don't even want to compare it with perfume or after shave! Ever wonder why printers are so cheap? So they have you hooked for the ink. Someone calculated the cost of the ink at (you won't believe it, but it is true) £5,200 a gallon ... (yes, Five Thousand two hundred pounds) So, the next time you're at the pump, be glad your car doesn't run on Bottled Water, Tippex, Pepto Bismol, Nyquil or, God forbid, Printer Ink! Just a little humour to help ease the pain of your next trip to the petrol pump... And - If you don't pass this along to at least one person, your exhaust will fall off!!
  3. I do mix it Steve... I just had alot and was helping another log seller out who had not got any stock.... I am firmly of the belief that £100 a cube is a minimum retail price all things considered.
  4. Who was it that lost you Steve?
  5. A Chinese mate of mine had a girlfriend called Lorraine but he was cheating on her with another girl called Claire Lee. Unfortunately Lorraine died. At her funeral he stood up and sang I can see Claire Lee now Lorraine has gone.
  6. Thats wholesale to a competitor
  7. I have been selling 18 month seasoned poplar (sometimes referred to as popular ) for £34 a cube ... am I to cheap?
  8. Well in that case I think you are to cheap ... £84 a cube retail is not enough to justify the work involved.
  9. Wow .. £96 a cube wholesale ... what do you retail at?
  10. That made me spit my beer out and laugh after a very very bad day
  11. An American fighter plane was flying over Afghanistan when he noticed a flying carpet on each side of his plane, both with a machine gunner on board. Sensing danger he shot them down. Back at base he got a right bollocking – apparently they were Allied Carpets. ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. I was driving to work this morning when I saw an RAC van parked up. The driver was sobbing uncontrollably and looked very miserable. I thought to myself ‘that guy’s heading for a breakdown’. ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. On holiday recently in Spain I saw a sign saying ‘English speaking Doctor’. I thought; “What a good idea, why don’t we have them in our country.” ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. The police came to my door last night holding a picture of my wife. "Is this your wife sir?" said the officer. "Yes it is" I replied. "I'm afraid it looks like she's been in a car accident" said the Officer... "I know" I said, "but she has a lovely personality!" ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. Two women were talking. "Do you look at your husband's face when you have sex?" "I did once & he looked really angry." "Why angry?" Because he was watching through the window.! ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. Took a girl home from the pub last night but I ended up falling asleep on the sofa... Must have drunk her bloody drink by mistake! ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. Last night I got so drunk that when I got to the bottom of the stairs, I took off my shoes, coat, top, trousers and underwear. Then I crept upstairs very quietly, so as not to wake the kids or my other half. It was only when I got to the very top I realised I was still on the bus home.
