  1. Just looked again and its fine. Not sure how I viewed it before.
  2. Just looked at mine Steve and the details cant be read because its grey print on a maroon background
  3. Only four orders this week but as others have said its one week till pay day after Christmas and very mild.
  4. Is it the one that Millie997 is selling? .. mentioned in a post a few days ago.
  5. I have a few air riles that I never seem to use including a Daystate Mk3 is there a decent second hand market for air rifles and IF I decided to sell can anyone advise where best to advertise them.
  6. For some reason none of my sent messages appear in the sent box yet they are sent. Always been the case. Same with it logging me out at will, saying Im online when Im not Thanks for the post though.
  7. Hi Mathew, I have sent you a pm but Arbtalk logged itself out after sending so not sure if its gone. If you dont receive it let me know. Dave
  8. Do you store it loose or in crates? ..... I ask cos I am thinking of the best way to utilise the space in my very high barn.
  9. Whilst I was processing logs today for some reason in my mind I was likening it to the burger van wars
  10. Yeah right whatever.. Get on with it.................. just kidding
  11. 10 inches seems to be the safe bet.
  12. This might help http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/firewood-forum/10859-how-big-your-log.html
  13. That does seem way to cheap knowing all the hard work that you will have put into that.
  14. In my never ending journey to learn from my superiors John how do you sell ( loose loads, cubic bags etc ) and what do you charge.
  15. How do you advertise John and when you say `cut the wood` how is it seasoned?
  16. I was going to buy the Thor 18 ton but on an open day at Fuelwood I got a good deal on a Woodline 16ton which I have had for around 18 months now. Whilst it is a quality splitter it has a serious design fault in that the splitter when travelling up and down easily catches the operating arms bending them up or down frequently. Anyone else have this problem.
  17. Third week in February ???? I get mine out within 2 days
  18. I know Jon, some people seem to think that logs grow on trees.
  19. Dean start a new thread on your shiny new splitter where we can discuss the pros and cons of different makes. I would like to make a few cooments about my 16ton woodline
  20. Sales are pretty slow at the moment following a couple of very good weeks pre christmas ... I keep hearing that most people have ran out yet I get the distinct impression that people just do not seem to be willing to spend money on logs and expect them for a pittance. Have most sellers still got plenty of stock?
