  1. Quick reactions you've got there!
  2. I've just got one of their normal ones and it seems ok. I can see why the similar Stihl one is £60 more though, I think it's that much better built.
  3. Make sure the throttle isn't vibrating back a little bit, it happened on mine with the same sort of symptoms.

    Which Echo?

Yeah I ordered one off them yesterday 👍
  5. Arb trolley, not had it long but it's saved masses of time and effort on tree and fencing jobs.

    Which Echo?

I was just looking at the 185, 29 inch, I think that'd be one I'd go for. When you the spec it sounds as if could handle slightly thinker stuff. I'm not sure if this is right but I think the Hs82 has a 38mm gap and the 185 is 35mm. Most of my hedge work(which isn't very often) seems to be reducing rather than a quick trim.

These do sound about right. Do you have a set? If so, can you cut through the odd thicker bit if needed?

Do you know the numbers of the ones similar to the Stihl? It's the rough cut I'd like.

    Which Echo?

Hi I hear on here quite a lot that the echo range of hedge trimmers are probably the best out there? Which of theirs would be the equivalent to the Stihl HS 82 R, and why would you say it's better?
  14. That's what I meant.... There's actually one of those right outside my window!!
  15. That's absolutely splendid, thank you very much.
  16. I got some a couple of months ago, very tasty 👍
  17. Try Keith Irvine, he's usually got some in and is also honest and reliable.
  18. Stone the crows, that wasn't your average common or garden tree vid!!!
  19. Looked good and the saw looked like it was chomping through the wood. Have you any clips where we can hear it cutting?
  20. You did a mates 372 with a pipe sticking out the front at an angle, that looked nice so similar I'd have said! Could you price up a copy and the oem one please?
  21. Hello spud, I've had a look and they are the same as this. I pushed the spring loaded bit in with a dentist tool and the screw could then be turned. I have ordered the tool for adjusting easily, from what I could see it is a 21 toothed spline, not a seven, does that sound about right? How much would it be for you to get me an exhaust and do a mod on it and then post it to me?
  22. How much is the upgraded part Gordon?
