  1. I bet that's well handy when you're working on the ground looking up and the climbers saw dust is going in your eyes! Can you have the mesh one on too? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  2. I got a stein helmet and even the chipper defenders don't seal on it! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  6. I remember a chap on here added a section of soil pipe to the end of his chipper shoot so it all made it to the back of his truck, maybe worth a go? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  9. I'll get an Oregon one at some point and see. It's still weird that their chain fits a 28" bar fine and my mates got a 30" Sugi on his 660 and their chain fits that fine too? Could you maybe measure a 25" bar when you have a spare minute please? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  10. It's mad isn't it! I've just got an 85dl made up which fits but was real tight getting it on. The shop had their 25" bar so I tried that and it was fine with 84dl. Here's a pic at the difference in length The chain is norther arbs own, which there's nothing wrong with, their 72dl fits fine with my 20" Sugi on the same saw, and also fine with 28" on my 390xp. Do you think there's a chance the bar is wrong, wrong tip or something? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  11. Looks like it has two clips on the back now? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  12. Yeah it's a 7 pin rim and I've treble checked the dl count and it keeps on coming out at 84. Very strange isn't it hey! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  13. Aye Joe they said they'd make another so that's good. It's just a tad confusing why it's like it, on fr jones site for that bar it says 84dl too! I have a 7 rim on so that should be correct. I have a 20" Sugi bar and the chains are right for that at 72dl!? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  14. Sorry I should have put ms460 Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

    Which Echo?

Yeah they look like they should be in the picture Al. Friday machine are a poor show aren't they, I've a mate who bought two 372xp's at once, one was awesome and the other leaked oil from the casing and and didn't run so well, shouldn't be allowed really! On a positive note, it'll make me find someone close who good at sharpening trimmers! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

    Which Echo?

I've had my trimmers for a month or so now. They are great, very light, easy to start and they look nice. The only thing I'd say about them is the blades weren't very sharp when I got them. You say that they are double, not triple sharpened, well these could have done with the extra sharpen haha! What were yours like when you got them? I fear I may have got a Friday machine, there are burrs on the teeth and they don't look finished. My aldi trimmers were rubbish engine wise, but very sharp, these are excellent engine wise but like using a blunt chainsaw! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
