  7. quite ironic this thread should turn as about half hour ago i was discussing with the landlord how many steps it is to my house , he said 45 ! i reckoned it was 60 but in actual fact its 39 (reasonably sober steps) :thumbup1:i love having a local you can support and to be honest the amount of log customers ive had from it i see it as their supporting me too

  9. 8 45 on a friday night after 5 pints a morrocan chicken tagine and a bowl of sticky toffee pudding with extra thick double cream !hhhmmm i think il try tommorrow !
  10. did a bit of clearance this week ,piccys as usual dont do it justice but sitting there at the end of today looking at the view while the sun was shining through the last few clouds of smoke was pretty cool:thumbup1:roughly 9 tons of chip came out of it and 3 loads of of odds and sods of wood
  11. had my clutch and fork done yesterday , and brake servo replaced , 550 all in
  12. i climb trees and i cut trees , and if for one minute i thought knowing all about mechanical cleavages or what ever else you went on about would help, i would probably be doing another job earning much better money !

  16. ive thought about organising a trip to dover breakwater , you can get the whole breakwater to yourself for 100 quid and its as good as boat fishing , the boat you catch leaves at 8 and returns at 3 ,get a good crowd and its a pretty good deal ive had some good days there !

  18. i wish i was closer , i want to see it now just see how awkward it is or isnt ! pictures never do it justice ,although good on you for taking as many shots as you have . its a days work for a 3 man team i reckon, but if you can move the shed ,the wall the house and fell it from the bottom and leave the rubbish on site it will be a lot cheaper
