  1. I had mine last Monday. I was down for micro fracturing but read what was involved and wimped out of that. I think it involves smashing and drilling holes to release bone marrow ooouch. If you run out of sources for your research there is also red tube and xhamster plenty of crutches on there
  2. I sometimes have a costa I suffered a Starbucks a few weeks ago warm milk. At least Costa use a proper group head and not a bean to cup machine. I complained to Starbucks that I could taste no coffee so they put another shot in and charged 50 p I was so shocked I handed it over. I think Costa at least pay a little bit of tax.
  3. I don't climb but if I am pulling hawthorn and bramble about I found I use a glove called bulldog last time I looked I could only find them in America for about £32 a pair anybody else use them ?.
  4. I always found beech great as long as it was around 10 inch. The small 4 in branches can be really twisty and create a lot of air space.
  5. Thanks for the encouragement. It's how I got into kindling disposing of my previous woodwork projects . I knocked these sheds together around Christmas time it's amazing what you can do with a radial arm saw.
  6. Yaaaay. Thanks Steve with computers I muddle through
  7. Stuck to the varnish. How do you turn pics 90 deg or can't u.
  8. My carpentry has never been great so I am chuffed with this. I am starting to make stuff that is actually square. I think as I have got older and slowed down I have the patients to measure and check a bit more.
  9. Yes on eBay. I tried talking the lady out of selling it when I got there with the trailer. I bought it to drag trailers round the yard but it's fairly mint. Her local garage told her the oil it was burning would stop it passing emmission test at mot time. But it was the £80 lambda sensor that was the problem.it used 4 litres of oil in 1600 miles. I bought two more for the yard £260 ea cracking little cars and pull trailers well in mud.
  10. Correct but if I say or write that people have no idea where it is. The weather and scenery was absolutely stunning. I bought a rav four for £350 and went in that.
  11. I have one and it removes every thing with ease. I would not be without it especially on jcb wheel nuts etc.
  12. Yes we had that in the past. There are 8 boxed snap traps around the pallets. In the past they have been through the pallet chewed all the strings off and made a nest.
  13. Not sure what happened to the other pics maybe too big ?
  14. I was being a tourist when this Genset needed disconnecting. The chopper payload was 2000 kg and the generator was 2000 kg. The pilot explained it would be a steady long decent. I was happy to use the cable car
  15. Green and orange bags available. Getting stocked up and in front of the job for the summer. Bone dry clean unused pine off cuts. Green bags 5 kg. orange bags approx 3.2 kilos.
  16. In my experience the repairs on a Range Rover will reduce your tax bill nicely but then you may as well open a window and chuck it away.
  17. I have a feeling it could be less than that. You can only depreciate £800 so at 25% tax that's £200. If you buy a double cab with a payload of at least 1000 kg you can depreciate 100% or knock £2500 of your bill £4000 if you earn in the next level.
  18. 3.0 litre auto i would expect 30 on a run 20 around town 14 towing
  19. Do you think with the current cold clear weather this will continue. Always fancied seeing the northern lights and will jump in the car if it looks hopeful. I fancy staying in Ullapool again would that be a good place to see them ?
  20. Your being forced to sell a vehicle that is faulty why should you be out of pocket. It's their vehicle that has caused you stress and inconvenience. I would want all my money back and compo. I have a 16 year old Amazon that I have worked for 11 years and it has been faultless in all that time and still goes out and does a days work. If I buy a new vehicle I spread the first 3 years depreciation over 8 years I don't expect to take it on the chin after a year because the vehicle is crap. You could talk to them nicely or do what I do turn bright green and burst out of my shirt and throw all my toys out the pram until something. I had problems with a new transit in 1995 I got it sign written with all the faults and gate crashed a ford press day at thruxton race circuit drove it round until they agreed to sort it out.
  21. Sorry to bump an old thread yet again but I was feeling nostalgic after selling kindling for 5 years. It also shows the product well. If anyone needs some have plenty of material and can make to order.

    Ploggs .

You mean you never enjoyed the reviews on what electric toothbrush to buy
  23. Think I have a Pcl one for about 20 years I have a few Chinese ones that came free with compressors but they are not accurate at all.
