  2. yes ROSS it also has a best before date on it,its not been tested on animals it has a red tractor on it and bodyshop are going to stock them so im assuming its safe to use.
  3. perhaps i was just unlucky,it hasnt happened since,but i recon if your honest then im not the only one to have done this,or mabe your all to butch to admit it.
  4. yes all dried out ,apparently that loering device has been tested to 5 ton,he recons 3ton is a safe max load with a working load 1.5 tons nice guy .
  5. ive been looking out for a lowering device for sometime,i saw one on ebay at a price i could afford,so i bought it when it arived it almost new,i emailed him soon after and expressed how pleased i was with his product,he told me that he makes them himself,his company name is woody products look out for him really top bloke 10/10 .
  6. cheers lads the level of sympathy is staggering,note i did do it with a mans saw a ms880,can i just say that our old climber did something similar,he let go of the handle it flew back and smacked him in the old clacker bag,apparently he really did squeal like a bitch .

  10. i was just reading a thread about someone injuring their eye,and it got me thinking about something that happened to me this year march i think it was,we had dropped a large leaning MAC and needed the 880 for the trunk,i tried starting it but it kicked back it did this twice,on the third attempt i gave it one almighty pull,thi time not only did it kick back but it managed to break my finger in the process hurt like a bitch for months,ive started it since no problem,so im asking as thi happened to anyone else or am i just a bit soft. m
  11. not sure if ive spelt it right but shindaiwa make a nice easy to use sprayer just over 100 notes i think.
  12. it was struggling with 3 inch ash,any thing with a stog or alot of leaves and you were screwed,even the 150 has more guts realy dissapointed.
  13. well i own an efco and im proud.
  14. spent 20 years in the granite trade,we had a guy there who coulld look at certain rocks and see things in them ,frogs,rabits,etc and before our eyes using a angle grinder he would carve them,i imagine it must be the same for you,or can you put any caracter onto any log,by the way what you have done is pure art ,just perfect,what a gift,keep the pictures coming cheers brian.

  18. i might download someone elses pics and pass them off as ours do you recon they will notice,saw some nice ones earlier some guy called BOB up an elm tree theyll do i dont think it was the same bloke we saw at arbshow,there was no sign of a can of a can of cider in any of those pics.

  20. recon your dad would have been blown away,you really have a gift i tried to make a mushroom once and nearly became mrs dangerous brian,gave that up quick ill stick to firewood.
  21. smart job mate carry on as you are dont cut corners,may not be as heavy as you think,surly wont be as heavy as those steel tipping bodies you get on transits ,you could always sell it job like that should fetch a fair bit,nice job though.
