  3. hi ,it was machined lump of shiney metal ally i guess you put a throw line in one end and throw it over a branch,then you connect your climbing rope in the other end and pull it back,same as a throwbag but im guessing six times the price and if it hit you ,or any thing other than the tree your working on your in trouble.
  4. if you didnt know better youd have thought it was the fr jones road show,you chaps didnt stop selling,which is more than can be said for the some of the big brand traders.also dont know it was the heat or a case of frjones envy,but werent some of the traders a miserable lot,but i would like to big up the treepedo guy he had the invention from hell but he kept smiling and trying if the throwbag hadnt been invented hed have been onto a winner but top marks for trying.

  7. id take it outside when you want to start cutting,cause your missus will do her nut if you do it there .
  8. work supplied me with a tanaka blower looked cheap but worked well and was bullet proof .

  10. cheers ross no daves working me ok things are good,but having said that we both got abused by an old guy making nazi gestures and spitting,dave dealt with it in his own unique way. back to the tree shes a beut plus shes in a camping field full of single foreign babes ,shame you went back so early lol,its a dirty but you know the saying,cheers anyway bri .
  11. i recon that tree is about 27.5 toot around the trunk hey but im no expert,i would also guess that its about 114 years old planted around 1895,but dont quote me on that,also isnt that the 115 from penzance to helston parked beside it,
  12. crapp! just get your truck sign written may cost the same but only the once and every where you go youll be noticed .
  13. i live in cornwall and we pay 30 plus for ours so good on you iwish i had the kit to do it .
  14. ive got a cabstar i love it cab is cramped but its hard as nails and fits anywhere better for firewood than a transit biggest downside is they dont go offroad at all i rate them but dont leave home without a toe rope cause your bound to get stuck atleast twice a week.
