  3. a clever thing; the human body!!!! one of the guys i work with has a blackthorn in his shoulder, has been there for years, never goes septic & he hates doctors so will never get it removed!! ????
  4. if used as recommended the only vehicle which will have trouble is a rover 825/827!! not many of those left now.... thankfully!!!!!!
  5. if radweld doesnt work, try some stuff called 'K-seal' ive used it to seal some big leaks!!!!!
  6. nice work from both flames & pyro!! what chuck did you use to mount the cheese board to achieve the 'angled bit'?? flames, more pics would be great, ive recently bought a lathe & tools, done some simple stuff!! its good to see more wood turners on here!!
  7. any vehicle in the snow & ice is only as good as the person driving it, nothing is infallible.... not even a landrover!!!!
  8. the threaded bar you will of bought isnt very strong, i dont know how much strain is on it but it may be worth taking a spare bit with you if it is under much tension!!!
  9. lol!! is your coolant pink/red type or blue type???
  10. id be having a look asap, it'l only get worse, not better!!!! get a garage to pressurise the cooling system if you cant find it, [5 min job!]

im not sure either.. i read it as forestry commision supplied, as in managed woodland, which in all fairness, is another matter for a governing body that the industry clearly needs!!
  17. the 12v pump/motor unit has a gauze type filter that sits in the resevoir, a rainy day job but well worth cleaning out every 12 months, the resevoir is usually sealed by an o ring, get a spare one before you strip it, they sometimes go hard, whilst its apart look for a loose small magnet, they seem to just throw them in the resevoir to catch metallic bits rather than bond them to anything!! any bits u need search for tailiftparts.com, cheaper than body builders ive found

bang on the mark there dave!! a product that you generally handle twice, sometimes more, store undercover for up to 6 months, then deliver to the customers door....... £100 per cubic metre is realistically not a huge amount of money

i completely agree, what i cant understand is why the last people in the chain..... the firewood suppliers, dont stick together a bit more, to make a decent profit out of hard work, why anybody would want to supply & deliver a cubic metre of loosely stacked, seasoned hardwood logs for less than £80-£100 is beyond me, we can all sit at home an earn nothing!! crazy crazy times!!!
  20. how long have used them steve?? im tempted for late nights etc but worried about longetivity!!! or am i being tight!!!!
  21. been intermittant, but still slow loading last page, although re-loaded in normal time, sometimes good other times very slow or doesnt work!!! 00.30 12-12-10
  22. i may be able to jon, pm on its way
  23. no school?? best you come to work then!!
  24. be very careful, i know of two fairly big companies that are in trouble through using factor's, start of at 10%, slowly goes up, because it releases money that is in the 30,60,90 day system it seems good to start with, then they put there commision up, a guy i know who ran a car haulage company was paying 40% when he went bust, the 10% is a lost leader, keep trying with your bank mate, good luck
  25. go for an eye test, you will be amazed at the differance if your eyes are slightly worn!!!!!
