  3. It's all about the comedy shows on radio 4, usually 6.30pm weekdays. Just A Minute and I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue (although the newer incarnations aren't as good without Humph! Jack Dee has been quite good though as the chairman) are the stand out shows, although there are loads of brilliant topical, satirical and just silly shows.

    re: the OP - I'd like to think that things like that are linked, whether good or bad. This is a bit more morbid, but my girlfriend's auntie woke up a few years back, opened her curtains and saw a solitary Magpie (one for sorrow). Later that day the family received the results of my girlfriend's grandma's test results. She had a brain tumor. and re: this post -

  10. Alex M A Level Physics Grade E - or perhaps ALev Phys GrE In answer to your question, imo anything over and including RFS Cert Arb/other higher level two quals should be shouted about! They show a high level of understanding to people who know, and those who don't, it looks impressive and they can always ask.

  15. trick is to fire at 45 deg, bounce off the dolphin, then once you reach the peak, hit the two rockets, then the glider - it glides for about 5 minutes! . save the small rocket pack for when you are about to sink!

  21. very true, but you'll find all tabloids are the same, and they share most of the stories, including this one. not news, but light entertainment. they are the 'generation game' to the broadsheets 'newsnight'

  23. Started nicely, got half a reduction done, then at lunch the heavens opened which stopped play on the slippery moss covered syc. full waterproofs on, ringing up logs at the yard for the rest of the day. there's always something for us to do in the rain, unfortunately.
