  2. The local council decided to cut mine knowing it wasn’t under there ownership
  3. My reading is the legislation refers to trees and shrubs so a 25ft high 40 foot long grass hedge is not covered and so cannot be instructed for reduction ?
  4. I thought you knew of the local travelling fraternity
  5. Can bamboo be a high hedge according to legislation?
  6. Don’t believe everything people tell you! Sustainable Namibian firewood at 2% mmmmm!!! hetas woodsure 20% moisture read the threads on here hornbeam not common firewood come to Essex i agree presentation looks like local authority waste pamphlets just my personal observations from pages posted don’t get kiln dried either
  7. And if he is convincing enough the tree bloke will cut the hedge
  8. My neighbour did this they settled out of court after a solicitors letter
  9. So do you get scabwood from codwood?
  10. I ask as the legislation I’ve read refers to trees and shrubs and bamboo is a monocotyledon
  11. Is bamboo covered by the legislation?
  12. So can you attach the chipper to the skidsteer?
  13. Even caterpillar are now chinky
  14. Try special vehicle technology on interweb
  15. So was it a one off ?
  16. On my avant with the engine at full Rev to get full flow foreward speed is by a foot pedal to it is very difficult to hold the pedal to keep the foreward speed constant and keep full flow to implement on my trencher and tractor I can set a constant foreward speed say 100 metres per hour and still keep full flow
  17. Most loaders can’t separate forward speed and flow your skidsteer can’t vermeer ,boxer toro and the pivots steer without cruise control can’t,trying to keep a steady slow forward speed whilst holding a leaver or your foot on the pedal just with the engine at full revs just dosnt work well, hydrostatic tractors are much better though I prefer a creep box
  18. Concrete shower board ?
  19. Found the lack of speed control on the avant means it’s not very good with a rotavator or stone burier trying to gauge forward speed on the pedal is just tiring, better off with a tractor to work properly you need to separate forward motion and hydraulic flow something that most loaders can’t do
  20. Bend your own from rebar ?
  21. I’ve paid my lads on the books for last 15 years accountant does the hard bits get a contract written and signed, wouldn’t go back to self employed now both of my main men been with me 20 yrs plus labourers come and go but if you find a good one keep him makes life easier in long run, ok you will pay out more but I think knowing they are going to turn up and work is worth a lot I don’t see mine now for weeks at a time I trust then to get the work done
  22. 😀
  23. Have a look at a vibrating puts them in and out
  24. It can only be electro hydraulic valves or solenoids you could replace these with the same but have a manual lever as well might look a bit heath robinson, always thought crane fed machines take more of a pasting than manual loading double check the bearings if it works and at right price what are you waiting for.?
  25. Oops sorry for the derail
