  4. Smear a film of grease on the mateing surfaces of the filter, helps trap the dust.Make sure no splits/ faults in the filter first.

'Treesandbees' gets on here from time to time,Mike is his name,he has been keeping for a few years,I'm always doing a winney the poo & nicking his honey,so he wont speak well of me,but he would be good for advice!
  15. Howdy do there!
  16. I'm not a fan of decking, but that looks realy good!
  17. That will help.
  18. Cool stuff!
  19. Love that little willow,its a beaut:thumbup1:
  20. Wont change the chain speed as this is dictated by engine revs and sprocket size,it will rev up slightly faster as less inertia in the chain,it will help it cut a bit faster, but realy that depends on how many teeth in the kerf/diameter of log, both chains will cut a 4'' log at roughly the same speed.
  21. happy birthday Steve.
  22. I like the 'series 1 for backup' idea,so if one packs up you can just swap em over & still get to work, may utilise that idea myself! Joking aside, miss my old 2a,great little motors for tootling around in or trials,
  23. Lovely pics, good looking horse there as well!
  24. I like the coopers, not sure what max air presure is,but I run my rear ones at 55 psi, they were £80 a corner all in. BFG's are probably a better tyre, but these run quiet on the road, good off,and dont seem to wear badly,so I'm happy enough.
  25. :thumbup:Congrats to you And the lass, well done & trust all went well!
