  2. Heard you were relishing doing that monterey mate! Good luck.
  3. Worked in building trade for four years on stonework. When you are taxed 20% you should also be sent a voucher to hand to the tax man when you do your returns, so you shouldnt have to worry Andy. CIS doesnt exist anymore. And thats 1001 posts for me. Yippee!
  4. Dole.....aaaaarrrrrgggghhhhhh. A long time ago i am glad to say....I hated it.
  5. Another common one especially on the top handled saws, due to them being used a lot at all angles and bashed about etc etc, is the crankcase seals. Two years hard use....I should tap Jonesie up at the aa fair mate, and retire that one.
  6. What router have you got. I use a Netgear DG834PN and can get a signal through 3 thick cornish house walls ok. I think netgear are abiout as good as it gets BTW, so they may have a stronger signal. Not sure.
  7. Stihl all the way. Better built, take endless abuse, havent got that hideous whine that huskys have, have got two piston rings unlike husky, do start when hot, and dont fall to pieces like the huskys have over the last few years. Oh, and since they upped the revs by a 1000 on lots of their saws eg ms361, they cut as fast as huskys now too. Better after sales service and dealer network...shall i leave it there? I am looking to buy a 346xp though in the near future.........
  8. Tying myxelf to a tree is a much better bet than a wobbly old mewp IMO!
  9. And how many useless job details have they sent you??
  10. Im just going for lots of posts as i am nearly into 4 figures...!
  11. Are you sure mate- as i am pretty certain that unless you actually receive monetary reward then tax is inapplicable. I only say that as we used to rent a house off an economics (or something) lecturer and my wife worked for her husband. The rent was taken as payment and the accountant did not count it as taxablt income? I could well be mistaken, or it could be particular to rent aswell mind.
  12. yeah, but you lot are obviously weird then...
  13. Dirty dirty dang maccys! Well done mate.
  14. Balls. Sorry, its a crap wage. I and others i know pay labourers that and more!!
  15. I have to say i find that about half a bottle of havana club anejo especial rum and about as much strong nepali as possible will both create and cure the perfect hangover....or drink yourself sober?

  18. I was given a pair of Dewalt glloves with big pads on the palms and fingers which seemed to make a difference- on cold days i didnt lose the sensation in the tips of my fingers driving home after using them, but the didnt stand up to cerious abuse tho. (granite!)
  19. Thanks Greengrass:sneaky2: :001_tongue:
  20. Oh.........i thought it was the top sign he had done:001_tongue:Not just a bit of painted rock.LOL:001_smile:
