Differance is 12 years ago your truck was a quality product, a friend of mine when from buying quality gear to buying cheap gear a couple of years ago and had no end of problems with it most ended up on ebay as spares or repair. Now he has gone back to buying good stuff. I started like every one on a limited budget and soon found out it was better to buy good used than cheap new. I brought a nearly new mdt chipper for £500 which was a pile of rubbish and only used it on 2 jobs before I sold it and brought a well used treebuster which was 7 years ago and its still going strong with only a few repairs bearings belt and blades. £1800 is still a lot of money for that price you good get a nearly new timberwolf 13/75. You pays your money and takes your choice.

  11. The hedge cutter attachment is still available this side of the pond. Echo - Echo HCAA2402 Hedge Cutter | Long Reach Pole Pruners - Buy online from HobUK It is a bit heavy shame someone could not invent some sort of harness to support it .
  12. Echo for me have both the polesaw with hedge cutter attachment and standard long reach both never given me any bother.

  15. Could be any of the above most likely drive box at that price TBH would be easy to push.
  16. I have run a few hedge cutters over the years and swear by Echo now have 5 at the last count. Just got a HC-341ES which with a easy lift harness makes a great combination for large hedges.
