  1. I do a lot of hedges find it good money best thing most people book you in for the next trim when you are there. So no looking at jobs all the time. I use a cut down ladder stayoff attached the a board to stop falling through the hedge. And tie the bottom in or have spikes on the bottom of the ladder to stop it kicking out. My new Echo HC 341-ES arrived today bit of a beast but will work great with the easy-lift harness.
  2. Do you really want to wear trousers the someone has had their sweaty nads in for 3 months. I would not touch the saw with a 10ft barge pole. Just my opinion.

  14. It can get tangled up in overhanging trees like any kit it has its limitations. You could always use the ELh with a polesaw and crow raise the trees:001_tt2:

  21. Been using the ELH for the last couple of days. Great bit of kit, had a wide beach hedge to do yesterday dread doing it every year. Can just about do it it from one side with the echo long reach. Normally kills my arms buy the end of the day, but with the ELH it was actually a pleasure to do. The hedge normally takes a 8 hours to do but only took 6 1/2 this year because you can just keep cutting without a break.
