  1. it,ll be your fault ,stihl will convince you of that ,& yes there allways right ,even wen they fit nasty chinies carbs that dont work
  2. drill a hole in the plastic then use a cable ty to fix to the housing were the brockern bit should go simples ,been doing it for yrs
  3. what hes saying what was it stolen ?? for the sake of it or to tow & steel somthing heavy & have they ragged the l/r & done any damage trying to get there quarry ,
  4. if i were you id keep it unless you need to sell ,as when you need some more you will be paying top dollar for it ,just my opinion
  5. i will waite till theyv been out for a year ,so all been well any teething probs will be sorted, thats unless i get robbed & thers no ms200 available

  7. i dont fancy being 1, of stihls fee paying guiney pigs to the tune of £500 ,so put a new carb in 1, of mi 06 ,ms200s & runs perfect ,& only cost £90 ,to repaire ,so now have 2, ms200 in perfect working order ,& wad of dosh
  8. got an ms200 with the dodgy carb syndrome ,rang local dealer as expressed an intrest in the 201, he then told stihl didnt have any carbs in stock :sneaky2:but would keep trying ,4hrs later still no joy ,so swapped carb of a working sew hey presto good as new ,so rang again still no carbs ,so rang jonsie & guess what ,itll be in the post monday so thats saved me £400

  12. bio,oil, i have used it for donkeys yrs with no probs ,its gets in the casings like all other oil does ,just keep the fins clear under the muffler , a job that should be picked up wen carrying out "p/m" as all pro saw users know
  13. just put a sign next to the timber ,saying do not remove these ash trees ,theyl be gone in no time

  15. i think its more to do with if driving is your main job ,which 99% of tree work isnt driving
  16. if u stay within 25miles of your base you dont need to us a tacho ,only wen you stray out of ,but that may now be 50miles not sure ,hope some 1, can clarefie this bit

  18. if funds allow get 1, of these carlton sp4012pn ,only 29" wide ,
  19. your only increasing it a tad, had to do it on my 1,st daily
