  5. the above is true....(BUT) if you where to sell all your wood kiln dried, i bet you would sell out alot faster than selling normal firewood or (logs)... iv been there and done it. the down side to this is, (hours worked) keeping the kiln going and checking on the product....not to mention you can only get so much in a kiln...which can be a pain in the bottom if you have loads of orders:thumbdown:

  7. firewood saw? id go for a stihl ms230 with the standard 14" bar... nice light saw with plenty of power.. if its too small, just upgrade the chain and bar to 16" and save money.. happy cutting:thumbup:

  10. if the belts tight and the fluids ok it will be the pump thats knackered.... iv just changed one and there little tw@ts to do... end up changing the ball joints aswell:thumbdown: ldvs are renown for probs with the power stearing pumps being knackered:thumbdown:

  13. yes the power pack does run a splitter... the (honda or diesel engine)beaver breaker has a very high pressure pump.. the pack will power any ram...
  14. depends if its wet or dry..... big difference:scared1: cubic meter weighs around 400kgs but as said is it wet or dry
  15. around 3 grand.. no vat...only worked 2 seasons.. been well looked after.. never let me down:001_smile:

  19. tom just get the 2002 90hp model.. excellent on fuel, must admit alittle slow,but they get there....... (you dont want to break the land speed record towing a chipper)

  23. first car was a e reg red fiat strada abrath 130tc... had to get my mother to insure it for me. cost £1500 tpft.. the joys of being a boy racer.... the good old days ..lol:001_tongue:
