  1. I don't have a pto saw bench, but iv just been and getting this old monster. eats anything put through it.
  2. sounds like the tank vent could be blocked, or very week mixture?
  3. andy next time your near a asda, grab some of this stuff.. £2.50 a bottle. does what it says on the tin:thumbup: inner tubes 1.99 and i always carry a spare..
  4. i do most of the time. respect your saw and and know what your doing (all should be fine..) theres alot more dangerous jobs than using a chainsaw:sneaky2:
  5. spray round up and leave it to work, then a good old pressure wash. if you've got to fill in any cracks between blocks etc. i always mix some table salt in with the kiln dried sand.

  8. i think hes just peed off at the cost really? hes even mentioned that the firewood wouldnt be used untill next year any way. tell him to source and cut his own wood (if there is a next time). best of luck:thumbup1:

I think this hetas thing is a load of rubbish... my mate wanted a fire insalled and asked a few hetas installers to view his property and give him quotes. they all told him different things and said that they wouldnt install his fire which was (brand new) and that he would have to buy a fire from them?.. when my mate did get his fire installed, the fire they provided was the next model down to what was going to be fitted in the first place.... money making con imo:thumbdown: (unregulated throughout)
  10. iv the same question for a large plum tree? wood turner?
  11. mountfield push mowers? cheap rubbish imo. wheel brackets are to soft. poor design with grass collection hangers. they also need to bring back the old qxe engine.. for a few extra quid go honda or rover. last alot long and more reliable:thumbup:

  13. worth every penny and more. although im getting kiln dried hardwood for £20 a builders bag...excellent burner, no mess or beasties crawling around when your sat in front of the fire:thumbup:
  14. a nice ibea or billy goat will save you a mountain of time. theres work out there all winter, just got to put your mind to things and put the cogs in motion:thumbup1: try little churches? small industrial units? garages the list is endless... no one likes rubbish or dirty unkept areas
  15. theres good money in hedge cutting, providing your good at it and know where to price and advertise. the art of hedge cutting is having razor sharp cutters:001_smile: give me hedge cutting any day, to cutting grass

  17. just for the occasional users! id rather buy them logs than the ones at bq bq prices (robbing gits) @ £7.99 per net:thumbdown: kindling £3 for a hand full of match wood oh happy days
  18. depends on how much you want to spend, and how you intend to use it? i like the honda bull10 made by fuelwood
