  4. any body else notice plant/tree life changing seasons or blooming early? out doing a job today and came across a cherry tree in just about full bloom also this daffodil that has flowered and is just about finished early or what?
  5. toolstation.com 10.45 inc vat. next day free delivery over a tenner too:thumbup:
  6. there you are ... theres the dude:001_rolleyes:
  7. 100% true:thumbup1: but if the track/s road/s are not part of a public highway (place) you will get your pants pulled down:blushing:
  8. gustharts / rob/ smile/ fist full of dollers:thumbup:
  9. if its a public car park then its classed as a public highway ok, public track unrestricted vehicular access public highway (but) if you were to drive on a stone track which is maintained by the fc in there woods,(signs or no signs) then its classed as off roading. thus no insurance... belive me i know 2 young ladys who were done for parking the horse box in the fc woods and going for a canter...no insurance you can get a permit to drive these tracks, but thats probably another financial gain for the fc and another can of worms?

  11. they'll give you a (posted) writen warning first, second time you get caught theyll up lift your car there and then:sneaky2:
  12. if the car was fully insured, taxed etc, its illegal to drive on fc roads, wether theres signs there or not, as the roads are used and maintained by the forsetry commision. they can also take the car off you..
  13. an old van does the same job as a new one. its all about how you treat and look after your van. all that glitters is not gold:sneaky2: vehical image is neither here nor there, its about how you treat the customer,do the works thats expected, price correctly and how you leave a finished job.. I wouldnt give a roofer or sparky a job if they turned up in a 60 plate 140psi transit if he didnt have a clue on what he was going to do or how he was going to go about it
  14. imo, a new van might look nice, but at the end of the day its not the van thats cutting the trees down or doing the work. its a work horse that gets you from a to b and removes all the rubbish. as long as its kept clean and tidy and not full of holes, jobs a good one:thumbup1:
  15. you only get your fingers burnt if you dont check things out and do your home work.. bad remarks could put off potential buyers and pos give the lad a bad name? he might be a member on here
  16. the dude might rent a container in a secure yard and use his car to get to and fro to his gear. or he could live in the flats in the picture and have no where to store his gear, thus the secure container:thumbup:
  17. looks like a rented secure lock up to me looks gen to me, when you can read his reg plate
  18. its 240.00 for a tipper load if anyones interested cash on delivery simple tip and away you go:thumbup:
