    I use my dumper to bring wood down from my field when i fell some trees up there, just stand up whilst your going along you should be able to see whats going on. Eagle plant are a good company to, we always use them for hiring stuff.

    Had a quick peak on google and found this Echo Chainsaws - CS5501 Chainsaw - Tough Commercial Chainsaw Says it will go up to an 18inch.

    Ordered mine on the 15th, it arrived today.

    And another, got that multitool thingy today, will try it out tommorow looks good though.

    Used the chipper for the first time today, must say i was very impressed. Seemed abit tempremental to start at times but with havinng the pull start there aswell as the electric start there was never a problem if you drained the battery trying to start it.

    I use husky ones at the moment but if I'm using a saw or chipper for a long period of time I sometimes use the 'in ear' foam ear plugs aswell as my muffs. Might look at getting some new chipper type muffs at the next trade fair.

    Good on you mate! I've always liked the idea of memorial benches, yours looks a good solid one that will last for many years.

    Apoligies if someone has already posted this, but came across this on ebay. Nice amount of hardwood for sale, mainly oak. Might appeal to someone. firewood (all hardwood logs) on eBay, also Fireplace Logs, Fireplaces Mantelpieces, Living Room Furniture, Home Garden (end time 20-Apr-09 19:02:33 BST)

    Firstly welcome to the arbtalk When it comes to harnesses i would recomened attending a trade show where you would have the chance to sit in the harness and try it out, as a harness may feel really uncomfortable on the ground but once in suspension it will feel different, or vice versa. Good luck on the climbing side of things, its not for everyone but i for one really enjoy it Tom
