    Whilst doing power line work many years ago, having pruned an ash to get clearance. Went back 6 weeks later to finnish the span, to find half the tree lying on the ground. It did give me the hebe gebees for while.

    I have been using a lumber mate on and off for about a year. Other than the daft measuring scale that is a waste of time, it has proved to be accurate and easy to use.
