    Yee ha! I'm up in Gateshead from the 23rd for a week. Family visit, gonna get some cycling miles in with my nephew.....looking forward to cycling around some new scenery.... Gonna have to learn the lingo.......hows this sound?......I divn't know about that like.....

    Clocked 250miles in five days last week then two days off before racing last Thursday. Went well so I've copied it this week and hopefully should go even better this Thursday. Well done Pat and Lee.......

    Lucas 250kg swinglift crane mounted on the nearside rear corner. Most of it dismounts when not in use and it will easily lift a builders bag of logs as well.

    These are the best tomatoes I have ever tasted.....sungold..... Chillies are slow and the Jalapeno on the right doesn't look too healthy.....over feeding? Same with the Beefsteak although it does have plenty of fruit on.
