No need for your own insurance. Rates. Depends on how good you are. Reduction pics before and after are usually a good indicator.

I have never had a paid holiday, sick pay etc etc in over 32 years. Everyone should be s/employed imo. You don't work you don't eat.....simple. Might make some people pull their socks up a bit.

As a s/employed person you have the right to find your own work and that's about it as far as I'm concerned. Don't come to me for work and start crying for extra's.....

In all honesty Mike I have enough work to offer employment but I just can't be arsed with lazy idiots that can't work on their initiative.
