  3. Top pic
  4. Looks cool
  5. Yes £ 80 is a fair price . Although I cannot understand how you made less money doing logs in nets . For me If I sold just nets I would have a greater profit . I would sell nets for at least £5 and each net would contain 10 logs . At the minute I sell 250 logs for £50 mixed load loose tipped on drive . If I did the same in nets at £5 per net with 10 logs I,d be making £125 per 250 logs . Think I will start doing nets only:lol: Your load looks around about 350 logs
  6. Pic of homemade version please
  7. Nice one Climber 85 . I have seen them use an adapted crossbow to install an access line normally srt . As the pic is blurred you probably cannot see an access rope although I,m sure one will be there some where . Who cares where the pic came from its nice to share thanks
  8. I have always thought for domestic work a trailer with wheels under the body is much better for access . I know its not what you asked but just thought I'd give you my two pence worth . Ifors are over priced so are indespension go for a decent second hand one
  9. I fitted a switch to cut the power going to the starter motor on one of my old Hiluxs . Many a morning I would forget to switch it on Saved me pulling the spade connector off the starter motor every night I also slept better . I always think homemade security devices are better as a thief would probably not be able to deal with them as he will not of encountered them before .
  10. Nice
  11. I,m sure leaning towards the Art now
  12. Wow ? Just nearly ordered a new one . Thought I would check back on here before committing . Cheers .
  13. How old is it ? Cheers
  14. My Trango Cinch is approximately 3 yrs old and has started to slip really badly . I took it off my harness and proceeded to give it a good clean . Suprise suprise after that it is still not grabbing the rope properly ? Anyone else had problems like this ? I just checked on some climbing forums and they have had a number of failures due to cam wear on the Cinch . Although most of us in the tree world only use the Cinch on a work positioning strop . Thinking of retiring the Cinch and buying some other mechanical prussic .
  15. Wow more like a ton of gravel ? Strong words with the operator Imo .

  21. Sorry to hear your engine has died . I would be interested in any pics you have of the new engine . Including fitting . Our small chipper tw 125 is on its second Kohler 18hp triad engine and this engine is now sounding a tad rough I was going to replace in the new year anyhow . So any info you have would be brilliant . Regards Paul Bell
