  9. Hi all just asking for a little help on basically were to buy the best bearings for the stump grinder cutter head ? and are they just a replacement to be fitted into the bearing holder ? or is it a complete replacement unit . Thanks Grinder is rayco sp 20 hp pedestrian with multi tip teeth .
  10. See if you can get hold of some old rubber mini digger tracks or an old industrial conveyor belt

  12. I always offer stump removal , silly not to if you own a grinder ? Although I would never offer log splitting as an additional service as it would seem to expensive for most customer's . I would however offer to remove all timber and sell whatever logs I have later in the year at a reduced rate . Splitting timber on site I find is usually a nightmare .Customers want some big logs and some small logs and even ask for kindling . To much aggro

  16. My Eldest at 18 is an apprentice at an excellent local motorsport garage . He loves the job but struggles to pay his insurance and petrol on his wage . He tops up his monthly earnings delivering logs for me and also working in the local Spar Shop . If they want it they will do anything to make it happen I have seen kids who are highly academic fail at the most simple of tasks . On the flip side I have seen kids who are considered daft for want of a better word excell at the same tasks ? If they are interested they will succeed
