  5. 20 Mile radius for domestics . Will travel a lot further for contracts . Average week we do about 60 to 70 miles .

  7. WOW 6/8 weeks is very often but if you do the miles suppose you need to . Most of my work is within a 20 radius of home . Although we do venture up north as far as Glossop and south to Derby . To travel this far the job must command big dollars .At the moment I have 5wks worth of domestic jobs to be done ranging from dismantles to hedges . Also a weeks contract to be carried out for a Building Contractor .I have just worked out the miles I will have done in the Landy within this time 543 miles give or take a bit .

  9. Hi Skyhuck my eldest lad at 13 has an Aprilla Quasar 50cc . Its quite nippy I also play on it from time to time .My youngest lad whos 7 jumps on it to . I had it when it was 1 year old in 2003 . Only changed the spark plug as its never been any bother . My eldest lad was actually 7 when we had it . Problem is the young un thinks its his .
  10. Hi there there was a Yew stump on Ebay a few years ago . I think it went for a fair penny . Mind you it was made into a table and polished up nicely .

  18. keep your eye on the evening sentinel . A lot of dodgy stuff at hanley market sunday ? . There was some nice Echo hedgecutters at Crewe boot sale a while back . They had been melted on the plastic covers probably to hide some id marks .

  22. I was told by my husky dealer that there prices have gone up . Even in this economic climate I replyed . Well yes I was told as they are not selling as much kit . So to balance it up they have put there prices up .
