  1. Nice one . Oh by the way I finally got round to dragging that Log splitter out . Hope your new splitter is working out ok .
  2. Looks like an interesting job . That Vault is wanting to be opened . Although not this time of the year spooks and all . Sometimes you do get some very strange writing on headstones etc in old Church yards . There is a Skull and cross bone head stone in a Church yard Berwick Northumberland ?

  14. WOW TRAINING GRIPPERS FOR ONE HOUR . THATS SOME GOING I TRAIN WARM UP 100KGS THEN DO 5 REPS 200KGS FOR ABOUT 4 / 6 TIMES . THEN WAIT 5 MINS AND ATEMPT 250KGS NOT QUITE THER YET MAYBE NEW YEAR ?
  15. OH NO 91KG GUTTED ARE WE ON ELECTRIC SCALES OR OLD TYPE . MINE ARE OLDER ONES . NO EXCUSES MIND YOU .
  16. Good idea . Dont no but will try it later . I have been using them Captains of crush Hand Grippers and I can just about come close to closing the 250 kgs . I bought the 150 kg / 200kgs and the 250kgs Grippers and I believe they have improved my grip vastly . Would come in handy the extra grip on the non paying customer thread . Mind you I tend to deadlift ,squat and dumbell bench press 3/4 days a week . Just need to stop eating cakes , chocs pasta etc etc About time I got some belly chubb shifted .

  20. Is the awkward kink as you described similar to the old Timberwolf / Entec ? As I can say mine cracked on the kink swan neck whatever its called . Machine is the early Timberwolf 125 . Again I noticed a hair line crack and got a friend with a car transporter to bring it home . Was welded up that night much to the neighbours approval NOT
  21. Thats the one get one of those big water blasters and fill it with glyphosate . winner .
  22. Excellent job for retaining the shape . Although a tad to much thinning . This is just my opinion . Was the tree covered by a T.P.O if so what was the original spec . Cheers .
