  1. And that's what kills just about everything modern, from chainsaws to tractors but it ain't going to get any better. I still have a yearning for another landrover 110 but for the life of me I don't know why.
  2. Think you will find you can get a brand spanking new one for v little more.
  3. Pathfinder is based on navara but not as long, I have had my 07 navara for 4 yrs and had no real issues apart from the normal stuff, wheel bearings etc, been and still is a great truck.

  7. Well we won't if we let em get away!
  8. Where can you get those small hiab cranes from?
  9. Crap choke set up, crap on off switch, exposed ht lead, very square design (great for getting stuck in forks) one plus is a good lanyard attachment point.
  10. I have one on loan at the moment, it's 10yrs behind, loads of design faults and really not up to pro use.
  11. Why such a big bar on a top handle saw?
  12. Only going by what the rep told me , really happy with mine wherever it's built. Half of stihls machines ain't built in germany anymore but are stihl good (mostly).
  13. Built in there factory down sarf . Obviously some bits are out sourced , engine etc.
  14. Sorry too hear mate, this country is going too rat s hit.
  15. No its built by forst in this country, forst is owned by redwoods and yes a very good machine. Had no issues with the narrow hopper (I did has resavations) but the infeed is so good it just drags it in, also I like the cut out at the top as it let's you get curved awkward shaped bits in. Will happily by another.
  16. You will struggle to fine anything at masons for that money I would think unless it's half knackered, eBay or private second hand sales .
  17. I ran a 220 for a few years, bloody good machine well built and easy enough too work on, traded it against a tracked chipper but wish I still has it.
  18. I find cuddling a hot cup if tea while the guys work normally sorts it mark!
  19. In all fairness Alan is a nice bloke to deal with and always pleaent, some stuff is a bit dubious in quality but he is fair .
  20. Should be fine then, just remember fully services probably constitutes an oil and filter change! Hope it works well for you.
  21. There is an old Yorkshire saying. You can't polish a turd but Alan mason can roll in in glitter for ya!
  22. Hours are just a number, it's how it's been maintained and run over those hrs that matters. I have a tracked jensen with 2700 hrs on it and still runs great.
  23. Haha we know where it came from then!!!! And yes the plastic curtains will be off in a week.
