  1. Haha we know where it came from then!!!! And yes the plastic curtains will be off in a week.
  2. Had a 441, not v good so sold it and got a 576xp, v nice,smoth and powerful 365 is dirt cheap for a belting old skool saw. Gone off alot of stihl stuff over the last few years, dolmar is v good, see shavey on here.

  6. X3 I wouldn't have time to traul papers or planning apps on the off chance I find something . Smacks of desperation to me, and will do to most customers .
  7. My 540 has Been great so has my navara, others with the same kit haven't been so lucky, it seems most modern stuff is down to the luck of the draw.

  11. Spud, i got a metal clutch bearing for my 261, it's a bit better but there is still a fair bit of slop between the bearing and crankshaft wich allows a fair bit of movement on the clutch drum. Am sure I herd somewhere that the early 261 had a crank issue? ??? What can I do.

    I had a call 3 weeks ago from "Microsoft " when I said I only ever bough apple computers it went rather quite !
  15. With some of the dross stihl have been throwing out over the last few years I would go 395, no auto tune and tested for years, don't forget this is stihls second attempt on the 661 in less than a year!

  18. Stihl hiflex are actually easy too repair, simply glue tissue paper over the tare and it will be stronger than when new!

  21. Yes you do need it and it really isn't that expensive compared to getting sued if one of your "employees "has an accident.

  23. Think you will find quite a few n yorks schools are also self funding as I have done work in Harrogate and Skipton schools.

    Smoked for 20 years and quit cold turkey 6 yrs ago , never touched a fag sinse. Best move I have ever made.
