    Stihl ms390

MS 230 is a spot on saw for fire wood for an amature user, If you need to ask about chains and what chains to buy why do you need such a big saw for firewood, using a big saw for firewood with a big bar you need to watch the kick back zone. Also remember an MS230 with a 14" bar will cut approx 26" and is easier to use and lighter.

  16. Yep.........thats about it really. If it was law to have NPTC etc and p/l ins etc etc who wnd how would you police it anyway? it would be impossible IMO
  17. As Andy says, as long as YOUR happy with what you do why bother about anyone else, i have been there and now moved on, im not bothered if i see gardeners, travelers or who ever up ladders topping trees and leaving tears etc, it shows how little value the put on there health and reputation and i value mine so do things as best as possible. There are people who take short cuts in every industry, plenty of rogue gas men with the corgi sighs on the side of there van etc. Dont worry about them, worry about YOU because your better than them!
