  7. Its not about what you know, its about what you can prove if you cant prove it it is going to be a big ask to get anything done
  8. £600 is a lot for a tiddler of a pump. I would be looking for a better quote Under normal circumstances a pump wouldn't need replacing Getting the pump pressure tested is a simple matter
  9. The tiddler pump off such a small chipper would normally be a throw away part Alloy bodied pumps are often cheaper to replace than repair
  10. How good are you? Your qualification on its own means little without experience Realisticaly if you have no experience you wont earn the company much and as such arent worth much If on the other hand you came fitted with a good degree of motivation and common you will be much more valuable as an employee
  11. More stalls would have been better but it I recon it will be a bigger affair next year
  12. However, the deeds are largely moot because without a (rare) positive covenant to enforce any action its all a bit toothless.
  13. You might be better off just taking a couple of shifts stacking shelves :laugh1:
  14. The tenancy agreement might be a place to start but don't hold your breath Speak to the housing office
  15. There is no general obligation to erect or maintain a fence. The structure generally sits on a line of notional thickness and belongs to whichever neighbour can make the best claim to ownership
