Fair points all round! It's something I've noticed more and more of recently and apart from it being irritating, it just seems a shame that some can't keep learning new ways of going about things. Ah well, each to their own. Dont usually let things get on top of me, but hey it is Monday...

Evening everyone. First post on here, and I don't want to start with a negative so I'll say firstly that I love this industry! Been working in and around it for just under 10 years and I really enjoy it. It's just something has annoyed me a fair bit recently and just wondered if anyone else encounters anything similar. What I'm talking about is people within the industy, some with plenty of experience, some without, who believe they know everything there is to know, and will not accept any other way of doing things. One of my favourite aspects of tree work is that there's always something to learn and always things to improve upon. Which is why it bothers me so much when people won't listen to others who may have a better way of doing things! Anyway sorry for the rant and, again, I do love this industry. Maybe I'm just being a wet fart and just need to crack on!
