  9. i have my tipper insured by budget and its stupid cheap i tried them for a shogun mental expensive £880 TP F&T!!! so shoped around and got a good deal from adrian flux at £260 thats busness use and off roading they asked any mods different wheels and tyres (no difference in price) told them i will be putting a winch on ( no difference in price just phone and tell them when its done) well happy with there service.
  10. its not cool enough i still have some 3 strand that i learnt to climb on and was shown the three knot system, you were taught how to make your own srops and prussik loops haha it seems a life time ago. i think that when you can buy a dead eye for £60 factory spliced why bother with the 3 strand. imo.

  13. out of interest if no one wants one are you still going to go? as the cost of the trip and the price of a 192 would get you a 200t, whats so great about the 192 that you would go to france? im not having a dig im genuinely interested.

He may have morals but he may be in financial difficulties, needs to secure the work to keep a roof over his head, im sure alot of us would bend the rules to feed our family. i still say go and speak to him and take it from there, its the only way to move forward to the next step, whatever you choose that to be.

  22. i have a husky one i got a new wheel from a dealer, it was a while ago mind you but worth a try. the partner one is exactly the same as the husky one so the wheel should fit. can you not sharpen it? i sharpen mine with the carbide disk on the hand held grinder.
  23. do you mean the cutting wheel or the small wheels attached to the unit to move it around?
  24. I got a shot of one ages ago then i bought one off a member here and just cut stuff up if it look ok i use it if it dont i burn it!! its a win win for me Just buy one and have a go its good fun, i dont fancy doing it ll day as a job though
