  6. may be a hassle but make the mud guards come off with a quick clip system (captive bolts with wingnuts etc) then a couple off space saver wheels, means you would need to change them every night though. other than that build a narrower axle for the chipper but you would need to watch it does not tip when cornering. apart from that just get a bigger shed

  20. some of them had a turbo but i dont this this one does, its usually white smoke when the turbo goes. i would imagine the rings are away or the valve stems are worn.
  21. yep sounds like its burning oil, cheaper to get another engine than rip it apart, if its blackish it could be the pump timming has been altered to give it more power or the egr valve is faulty. you will get an engine cheap as chips or buy another full transit thats fine and keep yours for spares, i may know where one is.........
