  3. i have a very old RAM pedestrian grinder with hydrostatic drive and i need some parts but as RAM no longer trade (unless some one knows of a dealer that stocks spares) i am looking for alternatives. i need the pulley that adjusts the tension on the hydrostatic belts and the tension pulleys for the cutting wheel head, i have had a look at a few grinders and it is very similar in design and look of the DANequip 25-27sp if anyone has one of these could they take a picture with the side guard off so i can see the set up for the tension for the belts, alternatively another grinder might be similar so if anyone has some ideas, post away cheers
  4. thats a funny one
  5. i hope no one was hurt mate that could have been serious:thumbdown: Was it a fault in the metal?
  6. your right. its a hard one to call should be a topper of a fight and like yourself i like both fighters. i see kieth jardine is on the card, i though he as well finished i would assume he will end up being a stepping stone for some, a shame that as he was an entertaining fighter.
  7. Stevie Cowell hahah i would have paid to see that Les im not far from stevie i can collect the large and try them out if you want, i will tell you what they are like for lying on the couch watching TV as i do nowt:thumbup:

  13. nice one mate:thumbup: it will be interesting to see semtex back in, since the ufc have just bought over strikeforce i supose the ufc now own semtex's contract by default. without a doubt one of the best left hooks in mma:thumbup:
  14. why dont you just get one that starts:001_tt2: it must look wierd pulling the truck to the job:thumbup:
  15. i dont train anymore ive too many injuries:thumbdown: And i find it hard to do conditioning as there is no incentive for me as all i done that for was too get better at martial arts. it was great fun though, i still shadow box and do some stick work though oh and throw a kettlebell around occasionally so its something stick at it lorry but realisticly to compete its a young mans game.
  16. i was at the gonzaga fight it was great:thumbup: the very same steve
  17. Cheers lorry, most of it is just worthless rubbish rattling about in my head from being involved for 30 year, i can recall fights and techniques they won by from 20 year ago that has no use to man nor beast now:lol: if i had spent all they hours studying law i would be loaded by now:001_rolleyes:

  21. nice one mate, wrestling!! you will be crazy fit What mma clubs do you train at ive seen alot of irish fighters come over and fight always great fighters, did you go to the ufc when it was in ireland?
  22. i do that quite alot:biggrin:
  23. Marcelo Garcia, fantastic could take your back from the other room:biggrin: Demian maia, started off great but his last few have been poor in mma but his bjj game is another class. where do you train Wired4smoke? you a gi man or no-gi if your into the bjj.
  24. the very same!! no way was genki gonna stand with dekker he hit the floor quicker than a stunt fell:thumbup:
  25. MMA is not a system though is it(although some are now making it such), its a general concept. Arts have been been around since pankration in 646BC that use all ranges in the fight. Kali being another that has 12 sub section arts within the main art incorporating all ranges of the fight, any warrior art had stand up and ground fighting techniques because they knew the fight could go anywhere. Thai boxing deserves massive respect as a total devastating art in its own right and most of your top class mma fighters were acomplished thai fighters. i like anything where they fight:thumbup:
