I use a 341 with a 15" bar and a 460 with an 18 or 25" bar does 90% of my ground work.

Oh Bas is da man, he was a great commentator on the pride fights, his self defence DVDs are brilliantly funny, his fights were good as well I think he was a UFC champ too:thumbup: Audio shadow boxing tapes are really good though, if I still have some I will rattle you off a copy.

Being cert arb is a good thing, the only good thing about being a member is the magazine and the ceu,s you get doing the test on the inside BUT that is if it gets sent to the right address!!! The administration side of the isa is a joke I had nothing but trouble after years of complaining even contacted and complained to a guy in America over the phone, still no difference magazine still sent to the wrong house or the wrong company name on the receipt.
