    Cool mark I'm sure you will hit your goal I am on a wynd up with this thread, I think it's great that folk are training as I trained very consistently for a quarter of a century!! I've lost my motivation with being constantly injured the now but i know it will come back at some point. Rich is spot on as usual its calories in calories out.

    I don't like coffee so I may have to switch from sweet to sour and eat half the pavlova then some crisps then the rest of the pavlova. Mmmmmm that's thrown my training programme out a bit. Thanks for the advice Liam, great thread mark

    I'm training hard this year to be able to eat a full strawberry pavlova accompanied by a cup of tea. I'm focused and determined so I should fulfill my goal

    Nice one mate stick at it, great fun If its japanese there will be a nice etiquette in the club something that can be lacking in other arts. Only advice I would give you about training is watch who you partner up with, some folk don't know how to practice and end up trying to hurt you!! Good luck

  14. You can do it, my mate had one with bolsters on it and a crane and grab, he then towed a trailer with the holder on it for skidding timber out, he then loaded the timber on the Bedford it was a cool set up.

  23. Josh, do the isa for starters, buy the study guide read it from cover to cover, y ou will also get a list of trees for the ID section buy a couple of ID books and jobs a good un. You will know a lot more than you think you do and I reckon you would walk an isa cert arb. Good luck

  25. Sounds like the starter is jammed in engage, sometimes a tap with a hammer on the outer casing will disengage it.
