  3. I don't mind the cut but it really messes with my hair style, ohh I've seen me through a right hissy fit when a thorny branch takes out my curls Man up and get in about it, you can buy loads of plasters with the overcharged price for a thorny hedge

    Espn on sat morning at 2am live!! They show the last week in the house then the fight live, it's been quite good last two fights have ended in ko,s He will be training with some monsters out there then.

    I was going to follow that live but decided to watch it next week looks like a decent card:thumbup1: Kong must be UFC bound soon once his contract is up with bamma, it will be interesting to see what level they enter him in, as he must be trading with current UFC fighters regular if he is still training at the jacksons camp. Anyone been watching the current ultimate fighter?

  10. You can't believe a thing anymore, not that long ago they said we had not evolved enough to be ready to take dairy products. I think it's all a load of pish, eat what you want in moderation and eat lots of different food groups. Job done Hey Tom I bet you can get loads of different wine in the Broxburn scotmid though:lol:

    Cool mark I'm sure you will hit your goal I am on a wynd up with this thread, I think it's great that folk are training as I trained very consistently for a quarter of a century!! I've lost my motivation with being constantly injured the now but i know it will come back at some point. Rich is spot on as usual its calories in calories out.

    I don't like coffee so I may have to switch from sweet to sour and eat half the pavlova then some crisps then the rest of the pavlova. Mmmmmm that's thrown my training programme out a bit. Thanks for the advice Liam, great thread mark

    I'm training hard this year to be able to eat a full strawberry pavlova accompanied by a cup of tea. I'm focused and determined so I should fulfill my goal
