  9. Hi Jon No its not Steven's old one. I bought it off an old timer who'd been in the woods for 40yrs, who was selling everything and moving abroad. He had this little skidder after having one on demo and hes had it from new. When i got it, the tin work was as dull as hell, the rear wheel arches were none existant and the roof was bent all over the place. The exhaust must have had 200+ repairs to it!!! But now i think it looks pretty good and im really happy how its turned out. Cheers Pete
  10. Hi all Just thought i would show you some pics of my little a55 skidder. I recently obtained this and i have given it a quick refurb. This is the tractor im after some manuals for if any one can help?
  11. Hi all Just thought i would share a few pics of my recently purchased and sprused up tractor.
  12. Hiya Big Bolt That sounds bloody amazing!!! Dont suppose i could be cheeky and ask you to photocopy them for me for some beer tokens??? Cheers Pete..
  13. Hi Mate

576 no problem! Is it auto tune or standard? What bar size are you after the saw to run? The price for modding the saw is £120 plus p&p. The 576's take a port really well and sound really crisp!

If you want any more info on porting the saw just drop us a line. The turn around time from recieving the saw is 7 working days. I only need the power head.

    Hope this all helps

    Cheers

    Pete..

On the full wrap handle side of things, i have a mate in the States who possibly might be able to help. I'll drop hom a line and see what i can come up with.

    Thanks once again

    Pete..

  14. Hi there I thought the F just stood for forestry as mine is just a little skidder and on the plate on top of the cab it does say a55/f. Id love to get a copy of these manuals if thats doable? Please let me know how to obtain them. Many thanks Pete..
  15. Ok thanks for that i will have a look..
  16. Hi all Just wondering if anyone has a Holder Tractor Manual? Its as A55F model. After any help on maintenance, where to go for parts etc. I know a few of you guys on here have them. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers Pete..
  17. Glad you like your saw Andy! I said that there would be a noticable difference in how the saw performs. Current saws that im modding at the moment are: 550xp 560xp 576xp Been given the nod from the top on how to mod the auto tunes. As Andy states, nice gain in performance! Any questions just pm me Cheers all for looking Pete..
