  1. Do you really think that Billy the kid would be able to think that quick on his feet. I mean he might be fast on the draw but come on. Haha
  2. No offence to Dean, but what exactly is that brown waistcoat he is wearing haha
  3. Next time someone rings you up and you think it may be one of those red Indian chasing horse riding cowfolk, why not offer to take them a free sample bag of logs so they can test out the top quality firewood that you are producing. You will then know for certain if its a price comparison seeking gun slinging cowboy or a genuine decent knowledgable person looking for a GOOD log supplier. Just a thought.
  4. I'd be up for it but keep your feelers to yourself thank you. Haha.
  5. Who are these cowboys that you are so worried about? Do they hang around in the local saloon shouting "Yeehaa".
  6. I was gonna say. Wouldn't want to the wrong side of you. Might get tickled or something. Haha.
  7. I always make it clear to any new groundie that refusing the offer of a brew from a customer is a suckable offense!!! Suckable? Sounds a bit gay.
  8. If you stacked some on top then you could probably get a cube on that which would be good going at £95.
  9. It's all about educating customers. Someone selling some "chopped up wood" that they aquired 4 months ago isn't the same as someone selling premium kiln dried visually pleasing logs that could be used as decorations around a fire. Find out where you are in the scheme, work to this, advertise to this, promote this, sell this.
  10. Haha. Me too.
  11. If you can prove you are selling the same product cheaper then you can advertise it on TV and even give your competitors names legally.
  12. But what do they do with these prices? I don't know what you are trying to get at? There's nothing wrong or underhand in finding out what your competitors are charging. It's called business. If your competitors are able to offer an exact same quality product for a cheaper price whilst still maintaining decent profit margins, then you need to find out how they can do it. Then if you can't compete, you are out of the game.
  13. Anyway. I advertise my log prices so my competitors can look all they like.
  14. Have you got a problem with you capslock button?
  15. Haha. Just in a room will increase that content.
  16. What's the point of getting to 12%?
  17. With a name like Twilight tree services, you would get a hell of a lot of work from large building contractors in up and coming areas of Plymouth. Haha. Just make sure you have a good headlamp.
  18. 25% is ideal in the uk.
  19. Mozza, you listen to absolute crap. do you take drugs??? [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLUX0y4EptA]YouTube - Flobots - Handlebars[/ame]
  20. Who sells Cinch's??

Always pay for full contract lift.
  22. Not bad for an iPhone. Haha.
  23. Day 2 of the Stein test. I have replaced the innersole that I put in the other day with a memory foam anti-bacterial one. Made the boots feel alot nicer to begin with. They still have a really stiff feeling but definatley appear to be getting more "relaxed" with every hour today. I have been working in a woodland on fairly flat ground but uneven due to brash and logs and windrows etc. Even though the boots seem to be getting broken in, they havent lost their solid feel, which can only be a good thing. I have kicked and dragged and scuffed the boots all day today and then brushed them off with a soft bristle handbrush tonight, Good as new. Im getting more and more impressed by this boot and really starting to believe they are a real contender for my favourite boots ever. If they wear in as Im hopin and stop feeling so stiff, making me walk slightly rigid then these will be fantastic boots, worth every pound. Ill keep you posted.
