  1. Ian, I always enjoy your videos and these two were no exception but I don't feel either showed any benefits of the rope wrench. In fact you may aswell have been using a prussik once you had accessed the tree. You know what I mean??
  2. enjoyed that, thanks for sharing.
  3. I have overcome the copywrite issues. Watch the original on your mobile devices to your hearts content.
  4. Cracking cheese grommit
  5. I have had to change the music to enable mobile viewing, which has ssentially ruined the full edit. Anyway, watch it on your ipad / ipod / iphone etc now and realise it wasnt really worth my while doing it. haha [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AnFKXUvL5pA&context=C3e22b97ADOEgsToPDskIQzRXa_Jei6x-WwOBrrlqv]2012 Tree surgery and forestry promo. GoPro Hero HD - YouTube[/ame]
  6. Sorry mate. For those who are desperate to view the awesomeness, I am afraid that YouTube seem to be disputing some sort of copywrite issue and won't let it go mobile. Not sure why at the moment. I advise you pull out all the stops and find your way to a PC or laptop and crack on. Meanwhile I will do my best. I can imagine how you all want to share this video with your buddies during the day on your mobile devices.
  7. Haha cheers mate. That video is on my channel. In fact if you watch this one again towered the end there is a very near wedge miss.
  8. Glad you liked it. I was sweating when making it worrying what you might think.
  9. yeah, it is pretty special. Certainly up there with these 2: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bspGMHxw4Sg&context=C329478eADOEgsToPDskLF4o-OUP10nzhucF5pp89c]Arbor Care of Tahoe Crane Tree Service Promo - YouTube[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-f6yMVnhwU&context=C386aab1ADOEgsToPDskJbRTz9KqRoUEHIbV_-3HMt]ARB TEC 2012 Tree Surgery & Forestry Promo - YouTube[/ame]
  10. I shall rectify that for you kind sir, then you can share in the sad life I lead:thumbup: as soon as youtube see fit to let me.

  12. you couldve walked under the tree in sunglasses and flip flops, incognito.
  13. YEAH............BUT.................It wouldve been better still if you were in it, some sort of small cameo part I feel wouldve done it justice.
  14. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iS4590ZtE1s]Darbyshire sawpod - YouTube[/ame] heres the original sawpod video,
  15. That birch was MASSIVE. At the final tie in point I was above the street lamps and upstairs windows in the houses.
  16. This video is very good. Nearly as good as the original sawpod video made by that there Steve Bullman character. Can't find a link to it at the moment but I'm sure someone will have it.
  17. Haha I did free climb up it first to check the anchor point but it didn't make a very H&S conscious video. Job spec was thinning, dead wood removal and clearing phone cables and guttering. I just cut those two branches off to make it easier to get up.
  18. Are you telling me you didn't just watch it with your eyes shut and enjoy the music??? That's your fault I'm afraid.
  19. Believe it or not chaps, that video has been doctored slightly to make it appear faster than real life, I know, I know hard to take in isn't it. The green things are like little solar panels that collect energy. You dOnut. Haha.
  20. I'm ambidextrous, but lead with my left haha
