  1. haha thats cheese but still funny.
  2. Why buy a dog and bark yourself
  3. If the weather is bad raining and your workers are on the go slow you could end up over running.
  4. What deal i might get one.
  5. Your blaming the oil could you have used a bad fuel old etc. i use 50-1 for 4 years never ever blown a saw i only ever use stihl oil for all my equipt. Dont cheap out on crappy 2stroke for bikes oil.
  6. Mate has 3120 says they are weak for the cc go for the stihl everytime. you will be more happy with an 88 over the 3120
  7. Im going for a consultancy ticket going to extend my react into arb that way some of the jobs dont need physical work so you can still keep in the game just at the paper end lol.

    BAD Day

Unlucky chappy. I crunched my truck a while ago erm snapped a chain but man would i be pissed if i run a 44 over. chin up theres always some one worse than you ie poor skint people who cant afford to eat or heat.
  9. I dont offer written quotes to domestic waste of time they will only use it to squeeze the next guy coming to price. I would how ever do it for a fee like you say. Do people actually agree to paying for a quote tho.
  10. Guys that run companys are both guys that just climb are only climbers. I think climbing is far easier than the ins and outs of running a biz all the tax and costs etc.
  11. Problem is someone will always offer free quotes so everyone has to play that game to compete. Its like prices they are only so tight because we all undercut each other. It will get to a point were prices will have to go up as fuel is a big problem for us.
  12. I have two things i use when my truck is full of chip One my eyes two a gr8 little chipper manouvouring machine called a 19 year old lol.
  13. I have the petrol tw 6 inch i reverse it a treat its only a case of under standing the reverse turning. I do have a rear window in the chip box tho lol. the small chippers are gr8 light is very important for me
  14. Whats the rating on them, Hey are the treemo guys doing a new harness or sticking with the current one im almost in need of a new one
  15. I have a 6 inch timberwolf love it to pieces made its money very easy never broke down. The after care service on these is the best in the uk with no doubt. The tw 190 is a heavy machine but its very impressive will handel any uk tree with great ease. Or a schliesing but these are heavier and more expensive to buy maintain and repair and do go wrong. If i had all the money in the world i would buy a 7.5inch schliesing. Why they just look good and are very nice to use although the no stress is just to slow. Remember dealer back up is so so important so TW cant be beaten for that reason i stick with them.
  16. I shall have many wet moments with it lol.
  17. this is my one..
  18. yeah 10kn overload but working load of 2 tonne got from stanton in essex. just going by what the isc label had on it its a chunky bitof kit biggest isc one i think
  19. Not sure what model just has a label in red stating 2000kg working load limit. Its the biggest one in the shop tho
  20. The standard oil is ok but will not burn as clean as the better oils. Just means it will coke up more and quicker reducing overall power over time. Also reducing efficiency. But its a small difference.
  21. I hope to fell a tree bigger than 1ooft in one go lol.
  22. That wont be more than 1000kg i looked at one before i got the isc one which is 2000kg working load limit. These things are cool worth the money
  23. I got some 4mix reason you should use super hp or ultra is it produces less soot which in the 4mix will clog valves quickers wont kill it just need a carbon clean sooner plus the better oils offer better lub etc. I use super hp its a pound dearer than the standard red. wont use ultra too much i think.
  24. If caught they should have a hand chainsawd off. I hate thiefs there low life shite off the oldest crack in my arse lol.
