  10. I think Steve mentioned this earlier in the thread but this is my local butcher. This stuff is amazing and they mail order!!! biltongenwors.co.uk - the easiest way to buy biltong and droewors online in the UK!
  11. You could use a monkey tail (don't know if this is the technical term but its what my mate told me it was and now I can't think of it as anything else!!) Ring spliced onto a length of cord. Place ring through end of rope, pull the length of slack through for the peice of timber you want to cut. Tie 6 wrap prussic and back up however you like. Decend and when you're done, pull the tail and it pulls down.
  12. We'd do the exact same thing. It used to really wind me up throwing meat and food away. Don't know if its just in my head but yeah. Finding it easier to get up in the morning and make eggs etc. Sleeping better. Hungry right now but think its because I've been reading all the other posts! Not getting acid or indigestion either.
  13. Really nice work lads
  14. Just reread the whole thread. I figure if you're going to do it do it right! Having a few bits of bacon and 3 eggs scrambled for breakfast. Boiled eggs, salad, carrots and a bit of meat for lunch. Tin of tuna and a bit of fruit if I'm really starving then meat on the grill with buttered veg for dinner. Think I need to get a load of biltong in for snacks but still starting out. Just drinking water and black tea
