  1. Ha ha!! I'll hold on till the Cutters and Climbers and hopefully one of the traders will have some there. If not, I'll order a bit before then!! Depends on how 10mm AP goes on the Cinch!
  2. Of the lanyard? Don't really know mate to be honest. Was going to splice an eye but not decided yet. Why's that mate?
  3. Does anyone know or can point me in the direction of where to pick up Kern by the metre in the UK. Only need 5 or 6 or so metres to make a lanyard. Cheers all.
  4. Good stuff. Where did you find Kernmaster on a reel or did you cut a long rope down? I've just bought a cinch so was going to get 5m or so and splice it.
  5. Nice vid. Not a criticism in any way but why use the Hitchhiker to ascend then switch back to DdRT?
  6. I think you'll need a licence mate to fly them. I could be wrong though....
  7. Big kettle of fish! If they've got no experience, no PPE, no saws, no climbing kit etc £35 a day. If they've got all of the above and a bit of get up and go then £50-60 a day. Depends on where you are in the UK
  8. April fool mate. Check the price
  9. Is he running two ropes through it at the same time?
  10. If you send me your card number, security code on the back, account number with sort code and your PIN I'll check it out for you.
  11. I'll do pretty much anything for mates but I'll not lend anything out that I couldn't survive without. I've given mates spare climbing kits for whatever reason but thats to experienced guys who I have no doubts over whatsoever. Most of my mates aren't in this game and I wouldn't want it hanging over me if they borrowed something serious and hurt themselves anyway. I'll just explain that they can buy my Mrs a bunch of flowers and make me a few cups of coffee and I'll come and do something that would take them a couple of weekends in a few hours and everyone is happy!
  12. Is there anything like the full wrap you can do with the Unicender Rich? I must admit I've not seen the RR so don't know if this is the case

Bump bump bump. How did you get on with the boards mate?

    My accident

Try to keep your chin up mate. The fact you're on here and updating us is testament to your ability to look to the bright side. Your outlook is truly humbling and makes me grumbling about little niggles completely meaningless. Please keep us updated mate. (Oh and next time the nurses are fingers in, turn round and give them a wink instead. Positive thoughts and all that)
  15. I've got a few pairs of Oakleys but tend to go for these more nowadays.
  16. Money isn't everything, but it's more fun crying in a Ferrari than on a bicycle.
  17. Give Nod a ring as I know that he runs courses. I also think there was a rumour that TreeKit were going to be running a course at some point.
  18. [ame] [/ame] One for 16 strand as well
  19. [ame] [/ame] This is a good one for Double Braid
  20. I would say bunching in the eye when running it home from the picture. Did you stitch the crossover?
  21. Alan standing on the spike. "Do you want some more glitter?" I love him.
  22. Really sorry to hear this. Sounds horrible. Best wishes for a good recovery.
  23. Didn't say I wasn't grumpy!! I'm not a fan of super positive people either, they're normally the sort of folks who make thier own clothes and apologise to things before they eat them. I just don't dwell on what I wish I'd done or I get depressed about the sheer number of Horse riding girls I had the chance to hammer when I was 17 but didn't!!
