In aerial tree work? Do they not mean just putting the vcuts on and then put the saw down and break off and hold branch with your hands and throw. As opposed to letting the branch free fall?

Got this reply Eggs... Selector has crossed up inbetween gears.box out and remove inspection plate.with a lever bar flick selector rods apart.easy to do.happened in my manual paj.good luck

Does it apply to us as small companies? Does your organisation have fewer than 250 employees? The GDPR broadly expects all small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to comply in full with the Regulation, but it makes some exceptions for organisations that have fewer than 250 employees. The Regulation acknowledges that many SMEs pose a smaller risk to the privacy of data subjects than larger organisations.
