  1. That's why you need one of these to lift it over the wall
  2. Its definitely something wrong with the rotator. Oil flow is fine, and hydraulics work. I'll see if it comes apart and have look see.
  3. Anyone able to recommend a miller with a portable saw mill in the Woking / Camberley area? I have a client with a few bits of oak he wants milled. Too much for an Alaskan, I think. Cheers...Al
  4. Could be busier, but need to find the time!

    Sound like Stink Bugs. http://www.pestworld.org/pest-guide/occasional-invaders/stink-bugs/
  6. Cheers Bob. I'll check it out when I've got a spare 10 mins. It's not the lorry hydraulics as timber grab works fine.
  7. On the clamshell I have, it stopped rotating earlier today. Was working ok, then wasn't Doesn't look like you can get inside it? Any ideas? Cheers...Al.
  8. Chipper spout deflector decided to part company with the spout on the job. Luckily the customer was able to weld it back together. Not pretty but it got us out of trouble
  9. Did a job a while ago reducing and tidying up a storm damaged cedar. Finished the job, packed up and hitched the chipper back on. Driving back to the yard the phone was ringing a few times but ignored it like a good boy. Started reversing the chipper towards the barn door and realised something was missing. Yep, chipper hadn't been hitched on properly and was still outside the customers house! [emoji15]
  10. Tony Darbyshire and Jo Hedger coming on in a moment...
  11. 12. Yes, it was the rotator bit I was wondering about.
  13. Anyone know if a grapple like this will work on my older 528 Avant? I've got three hydraulic connections on the boom, but have only used two of them. No idea what the middle one does [emoji15]
  14. I like the winch on it. Which one is that mate?
  15. I had reinforcement welded on to mine, not bent since. Zoom in to see
  16. Never ceases to amaze me what machine will pick up. Got three weights on the back, and sometimes need one of the lads to stand on the weights as well to keep the back end on the ground! I found it on eBay last year, been looking for ages. Came from a trenching company, and all they really used it for was back filling the trenches with a snowplough attachment.
  17. Blimey, you're working it a lot harder than I ever did! [emoji1360][emoji1360]
