  1. My need was greater thanyours .[emoji23] They sell big spanners at Halfords you know.. [emoji6]
  2. No Mick Dundee there. He went on a walkabout...[emoji23] But yes, very lucky to have those two local, and even luckier that they are willing to help. Big thanks to Bob for today.[emoji1360][emoji1360][emoji1360]
  3. Three of the helper leaf springs broken on my 18t grab lorry. Had a go at doing this myself, but couldn't get the front bolt undone. Bob Aspenarb brought his 1" petrol driven impact gun around, but still wouldn't undo. Arranged to go to his place with a new bolt to attack it Job done Cheers Bob!
  4. 3! 3.5t Daily, 7.5t Iveco and 18t Iveco grab lorry. Can't have too many trucks!
  5. I have a box built in the tipper body on my 7.5t. When saws and fuel cans are in there they dont move much. Ropes and bags etc on top shelf out of the chain oil. I'm a bit anal with how things are put in the box, as everything goes where it should. I can look in there and see straight away if something is missing.
  6. Go into play store and search for Arbtalk. The app logo is the same for old and new version, so thought I had it but didn't.
  7. That's better. [emoji1360] sorted. Thought the apps updated themselves.[emoji5]
  8. Videos still don't work....[emoji23]
  9. It's 96 ft long by 21ft wide by about 11dt high. Maximum number of ibcs will be around 192. I have an old Avant with pallet forks to lift the cages. Although one full with oak is getting on the limit of lifting, even with three counterweights on the back. The polytunnel frame was already there, where I rent so only had to get it covered. The ends are open and there is netting for about 4ft up the sides to maximise airflow. Still gets roasting inside when the sun shines!
  10. I'm using ibc crates in a polytunnel. Seems to be drying the logs pretty quickly. The bags of logs are from a yard clearance job, so will see how they fare.
  11. Cannon Access - very competitive prices. http://www.cannonaccess.co.uk
  12. Yeah, but you soon leave them behind!
  13. Here's my pride and joy. 1975. Bought it in a load of boxes 9 years ago and rebuilt it.
  14. Cheers Rob. www.cormacktreecare.co.uk
  15. Hi Rob, I see there are two new first cut systems available. When would the heavy duty one be used instead of the light version? Cheers....Al
  16. No, not our Bob, but Bob Potter: http://www.getsurrey.co.uk/news/hampshire-news/hotel-owner-ordered-pay-46000-13461081
  17. Ok, cheers. the pipe above had a hole in it, and goes to the tank breather. Not sure if that would have affected the running or not? I'll check the other pipe out as you mentioned as well. Cheers.
  18. Is this what you call the impulse line?
  19. I'll check these out. Cheers Spud! Its a 2012 saw, and been fine until the last week or so. Not felt it was underpowered like others have been. Cheers...Al
  20. Cheers Stubby. I'll check it out.
  21. My pre electronic 201 sounds like it is being choked when cutting through larger branches. Revs up freely, but starts dying when cutting through larger diameter branches. I have to back off, build the revs and go again. Any ideas what this might be? Thinking I probably need to remove carb and blow it out? Cheers...Al
  22. I want to know how you make £40k profit from £70k turnover? You can message me your secret if you like.
  23. Eucalyptus for one! Few years ago I lowered off a branch over a swimming pool, leaving a short stub. Cutting the stub off, it fell into the pool and sunk. Had to tell the customer I left a log in their pool...
